I had a great experience at One Step Diagnostic. The place is very clean and staff are friendly. Sori did an excellent job with my MRI. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Highly recommended!

They were very nice and Sori was very knowledgeable and patient with me, my disabled daughter, and my visually impaired husband. I'm claustrophobic and she made sure that I was comfortable. I would recommend them to My family and friends.

I have had many Cat Scans, including at One Step Diagnostic. My CT Tech today, Ms. Carlessia Miles Hanagan, was the best I’ve had. She took extra care to position and reposition me perfectly. Everything was very professional and precise, but gentle and caring.

MRI technician Miss Sori was very good for my husband who has highly claustrophobia. She took time , be patient and explain what happens during MRI procedure. With that he did successfully. Thank you Miss Sori.

My experience at one step diagnostic was fantastic. My CT scan technician was extremely nice and definitely wanted to make sure I was comfortable before I started my scan. They also have a very cute coffee set up. It was my treat after my scan!!

Ms.Mya and Mr. Ken were amazing and made the entire process seamless. They quickly checked me in, thoroughly explained the procedure and were extremely welcoming the entire time. Great job!

I cannot say enough about the office staff at One Step Diagnostic Katy! I came in for an MRI....on the wrong day, and they fit me in anyway! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and amazing! The technician who did my MRI was fabulous too! Highly recommend!!

Rey was very professional and the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The facility had a very friendly atmosphere and was very clean. Was not dirty and everything had its place. Would definitely recommend the facility to family and friends.
